Return & Refund Policy – Granny Herbs Hair Oil

At Granny Herbs, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of personal care and cosmetic products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or leaking

  • Wrong item delivered

  • Parcel received in tampered condition

To be eligible for a return:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

  • Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be provided

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged after use

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Allergic reactions caused by individual skin/scalp sensitivity

We recommend performing a patch test before full use.

3. Refund Process

Once your complaint is reviewed and approved:

  • A replacement product may be shipped, OR

  • A refund will be issued through bank transfer, Easypaisa, or JazzCash

Refunds are usually processed within 5–7 working days after approval.

4. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

5. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • In case of damaged or incorrect products, return shipping costs may be covered by Granny Herbs
